The complaint that Anasazi Stone Company (“Complainant”) filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) alleged that The Goettl Company LLC (“Respondent”) owed Complainant $10,688.70. Respondent has provided a record of a wire transaction in which it transferred $10,688.70 to Complainant. Because this matter has been resolved, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on May 23, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, May 2, 2019.
