On September 4, 2019, Complainant sent an email the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and wished to cancel the hearing currently scheduled for September 4, 2019. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
