On August 1, 2019, the parties filed a Request to Close Case with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they wished to close the case in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for August 2, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
