On May 6, 2019, one day before hearing is set commence, Complainant notified the Office of Administrtive Hearings that, the parties have settled all issues pending regarding Complainant’s February 9, 2019 Complaint. Complainant requested the Complaint be withdrawn and hearing currently scheduled for 8:30 am on May, 7, 2019 be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all hearings in this matter shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action. Done this day, May 6, 2019.
