On October 17, 2019, Complainant submitted a filing to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that Respondent had completed corrective work on the project and the hearing currently scheduled for October 18, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, October 18, 2019.
