On February 25, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that the “[c]omplaint be withdrawn and the ROC Hearing currently set for February 25, 2020 at 1:00PM, be vacated. The reason for this request is an agreed upon settlement between the parties.”

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-00256 against Respondent’s License No. 287187.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
