On August 1, 2019, the Complainant filed a Notice of Settlement/Request to Close Case with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for August 7, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
