IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 4, 2019, the Complainant emailed the Office of Administrative Hearings and advised that she no longer wanted to go to court on this matter because Respondent fulfilled its contractual obligations. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for September 9, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-00132 against Respondent’s License No. 299849. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, September 5, 2019.
