The record was opened in this matter for the hearing scheduled for March 20, 2019. Appearing was the Applicant Jorge Salcedo, Applicant, Leo Laney, Applicant, Bonny Allen, Registrar of Contractors and Mr. Thomas Raine, Esq., Attorney representing the ROC. Before the record was opened, following a conference of the parties outside of the hearing of the ALJ, the parties had an opportunity to discuss a resolution of this case’s issues. The parties reported to the ALJ, on the record, that they have reached a mutually agreed resolution of this case. The Applicant and Qualifying Party Jorge Salcedo agreed that within 7 days after this Order, Jorge Salcedo to amend and refile Braid Contracting, Inc.’s Application which will remove and withdraw Leo Laney from Braid Contracting’ Inc.’s to be filed amended application. Mr. Raine indicated on the record that once the Registrar has received the amended application from Braid Contracting, Inc., as long as Leo Laney has been removed from the application, then the Registrar has agreed to withdraw its License Denial in this case. The Registrar, on the record, and as a result of the agreement of the parties hereto, requested this case be vacated. NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the Calendars of the Office of Administrative Hearings. FURTHER IT IS ORDERED remanding this case to the Registrar for such further action it may deem necessary. Done this day, March 27, 2019.
