The ALJ, having reviewed the Registrar’s Motion to Vacate filed March 27, 2019, makes the following minute entry: On March 20, 2019, pursuant to stipulation of the parties on the record at hearing, this matter was vacated and remanded to the Registrar. Subsequently, counsel for the Registrar filed its Motion to Vacate stating it “…moves to vacate all further hearings and status updates in this license denial appeal. The Registrar has reversed its decision denying Applicant’s contractor’s license application.” NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED amending the date of the March 20, 2019 Order in this case, nun pro tunc, to March 27, 2019.
