IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 9, 2018, the Complainant filed its Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that and the hearing currently scheduled for March 30, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 9, 2018.
