IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 26, 2018, Respondent Thomas Hall II filed a request to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which he stated that he did not wish to attend the hearing and would accept the settlement agreement offered. On April 30, 2018, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Notice of Non-Opposition to Motion to Vacate Hearing in which the Registrar indicated it joined in Respondent’s request to vacate the hearing currently scheduled for May 8, 2018. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 30, 2018.
