On June 19, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which he indicated the matter had been successfully mediated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for July 24, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
