IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 21, 2018, the Registrar of Contractors filed a motion with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings to vacate the July 2, 2018, hearing indicating the Respondent had cured the issues that led to the issuance of the citation. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for July 2, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, June 22, 2018.
