On August 27, 2018, Complainant filed a Notice Of Settlement and Resolution and Request To Dismiss Complaints with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and suggesting the hearing currently scheduled for August 30, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 30, 2018.
