IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 27, 2018, Respondents filed its Notice of Settlement and Resolution and Request to Dismiss Complaints with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which counsel for the Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for August 30, 2018, was not necessary. Counsel represents in Respondent’s Motion that all parties either concur or pose no opposition to the removal of this matter from the calendar based upon the satisfactory resolution of all claims, issues, and grievances. Sufficient cause appearing, and no objection being noted, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing set for August 30, 2018 in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 27, 2018.
