On August 22, 2018, the parties submitted a Notice of Settlement and Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Complaint and Vacate Hearing advising that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues and that a hearing would not be necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for September 4, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
