On, July 8, 2018 Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complaiant advised that the parties had reached and concluded settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 27, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the July 27, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, July 10, 2018.
