IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 30, 2018, the parties filed their Stipulated Notice of Settlement and Request for Dismissal of Complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and Complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter. The status hearing currently scheduled for August 31, 2018 is, therefore, no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 30, 2018.
