On March 5, 2018, SiteOne Landscape Supply filed a Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter. The Complainant advised it wished to withdraw the complaint in this matter and indicated the hearing currently scheduled for March 14, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the March 14, 2018 hearing in this matter shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 5, 2018.
