` On June 25, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which he indicated that the matter had been resolved and he sought to withdraw his Complaint. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for June 28, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
