IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 4, 2019, Complainants filed a Notice of Settlement and Withdrawal of Appeal of Recovery Fund Decision with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainants advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that Complainant’s wished to withdraw their appeal as a result. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, December 11, 2019.
