On March 9, 2021, the parties filed a Stipulation To Dismiss With Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have “stipulate[d] and agree[d] the administrative hearing to contest the Recovery Fund ineligibility determination by the ROC shall be dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear their own fees and costs.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
