IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. Suzanne Carson and Tamara Schmidt (“Complainants”), Maxum Design and Development Company dba Maxum Construction’s (“Respondent’s”) representative, Jeffrey Beckham, the Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) Investigator Steve Lawton, and a sign language interpreter appeared for the hearing. Complainants informed the Administrative Law Judge that Respondent had repaired its work to their satisfaction and that they therefore wished to withdraw the complaint that they had filed with the Registrar. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:30 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 18, 2018.
