On January 21, 2019, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that it wanted to withdraw its Complaint. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for January 23, 2019, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
