On February 19, 2019, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which they indicated that they had resolved the matter and wanted to withdraw their complaint. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all hearings and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, February 21, 2019.
