On February 15, 2024, counsel for Respondent filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing/Withdraw Appeal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that the parties had entered into a settlement agreement, which eliminated the need for a payout from the Recovery Fund and the hearing currently scheduled for February 16, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
