A continued hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on Gino Carl Zanga’s (“Respondent’s”) appeal of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) assessment of a civil penalty against him. At the time scheduled for the hearing to begin, the parties agreed to settle their dispute. The terms of the settlement were recited onto the record. Respondent agreed to withdraw his appeal. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:30 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
