On or about January 25, 2019, Respondent submitted a video to the Office of Administrative Hearings. Per communication from Complainant, that video was not provided to Complainant at that time to allow a response as was expected by the Tribunal. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED reopening the record in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent provide a copy of the video to Complainant no later than March 1, 2019. In the event Respondent fails to do so, Complainant shall notify the tribunal of Respondent’s failure to do so and the video will not be considered by the tribunal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED allowing Complainant to file a response to the video no later than March 8, 2019. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED closing the record as of March 8, 2019.
