IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 17, 2018, the Administrative Law Judge issued an order setting a telephonic status conference on this date to allow the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) and Timothy Wayne Northern (“Respondent”) to consummate their settlement. Neither party requested that the status conference be vacated because the parties had successfully consummated their settlement. However, when staff at the Office of Administrative Hearings attempted to place a call to Respondent and to the Registrar’s attorney for the status conference, neither were available. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the telephonic status conference that had been scheduled on this date at 4:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, November 26, 2018.
