On November 19, 2018, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar requested that the matter be vacated and remanded to the Registrar for dismissal. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, November 20, 2018.
