IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 20, 2018, Complainant filed a Request to Close Case with the Registrar of Contractors (“ROC”). Upon receipt of Complainant’s request, the ROC forwarded the request to the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) in which the Complainant advised that a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter has been reached between the parties and Complainant wished to withdrawal the Complaint in this matter, and the hearing scheduled for December 18, 2018 is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 20, 2018.
