IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 19, 2018, the parties submitted a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that the matter was resolved and Complainant sought to withdraw his complaint. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for July 10, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, June 21, 2018.
