IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 12, 2019, the Complainant emailed the Office of Administrative Hearings and advised that he no longer wanted to go to court on this matter because he decided to pursue the case civilly. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for September 13, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2018A-3346 against Respondent’s License No. 260663 and License No. 258081. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, September 12, 2019.
