The Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) attorney moves to vacate the hearing because in a settlement conference, Respondent Lines of Arizona LLC provided information that allowed the Registrar to determine that it resolved the issues that led to the complaint in this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on October 31, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, October 2, 2018.
