IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time noticed for hearing, the parties came to an understanding regarding a settlement in which Respondent would return $1,000.00 to Complainant; that $1,000.00 amount was the down payment amount on the parties’ contract. At the hearing, Respondent indicated that he would send, via an overnight manner, a certified check in the amount of $1,000.00 to Complainant by Friday, February 15, 2019. On February 28, 2019, Respondent verbally notified the Tribunal of his actions completing the agreement. On March 4, 2019, Respondent provided the documentation demonstrating completion of the actions fulfilling his responsibility as to the settlement. [1] Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is vacated as the matter was resolved informally by the parties. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the matter to the Registrar for any further action. ORDERED this day, March 21, 2019.
