Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

The Administrative Law Judge Decision states on page 5 that “…Respondent’s license shall be

revoked until sufficient proof has been provided to the Registrar that Respondent has paid the

Complainant, in certified funds, the sum of $7,885.00.” Once a license is revoked, it is permanently

revoked, and that revocation cannot be lifted. Because the Administrative Law Judge recommended

revocation, the Registrar modifies the decision to clarify that the license shall be suspended until

sufficient proof has been provided to the Registrar that Respondent has paid the Complainant, in certified funds, the sum of $7,585.00 after the effective date of this Order. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies the Administrative Law Judge Decision’s Recommendation Order found on page 5 of the Decision to suspend until sufficient proof has been provided to the Registrar that Respondent has paid the Complainant, in certified funds, the sum of $7,585.00
