On September 28, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which it indicated that that the case had been resolved. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for September 28, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
