On September 13, 2018, Complainant submitted a notice to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for September 20, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
