IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 17, 2018, the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), by and through its counsel, filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties settled all outstanding matters at a Settlement Conference and the Registrar is now processing Applicant’s license application. Therefore, the hearing currently scheduled is no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 20, 2018.
