IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the joint motion of the parties requesting leave to file closing briefs in this matter and the ALJ concurring, NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED the record in this matter as to its evidence is closed. Notwithstanding, the record shall remain open to allow the filing of the parties memoranda of argument. FURTHER IT IS ORDERED the parties shall concurrently, but separately, file a written memorandum of argument including any statement of authorities, on or before 4:40 p.m. on November 15, 2018. The memorandum shall no exceed 10 pages in length, may refer to admitted exhibits by the proper exhibit number and, if any, bate stamp number. No exhibits shall be attached to the memorandum.
