IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 10, 2019, and June 3, 2019, the Administrative Law Judge issued Minute Entry Continuances setting this matter for a status update on May 24, 2019, and June 14, 2019, respectively. The June 3, 2019 Minute Entry Continuance advised that if a status update were not received by the due date, the Administrative Law Judge would presume that the matter were settled and a hearing was not necessary. To date, neither party has submitted a status report. The Administrative Law Judge has received a few email correspondence between the parties, but no one has provided a status report. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, June 18, 2019.
