IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On December 7, 2018, the parties submitted a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties indicated that the matter had been resolved and that Complainant sought that the matter be remanded back to the Registrar of Contractors pending the finalization of the settlement. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for December 11, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, December 10, 2018.
