On December 6, 2018, Complainant filed a motion to vacate with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which they indicated that they were withdrawing their request for a hearing. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for January 17, 2019, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
