This matter was convened for hearing on October 16, 2018. At that time, the parties agreed to continue the matter to allow Respondent to complete the painting work at issue. On October 25, 2018, Respondent submitted a status report stating that the work had been completed, and requesting that the matter be dismissed. On November 14, 2018, Complainant confirmed that the work was completed. IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, November 15, 2018.
