IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 13, 2019, the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) filed a Memorandum of Case Status in response to the ALJ’s November 12, 2019 minute entry. The OAG advised that the payout remains in effect and unchallenged. Furthermore, the OAG requested that the hearing be vacated based on Respondent’s withdrawal of its appeal. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for November 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., was no longer necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 13, 2019.
