IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 9, 2018, the Complainant filed a Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that the hearing currently scheduled for May 16, 2018 is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the May 16, 2018 hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, May 10, 2018.
