IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 9, 2018, the Registrar, though counsel, filed its Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings [“OAH”], which Motion advised that the Respondent has resolved the issues that led to the Citation which is the subject of this matter. The Registrar has moved to vacate the hearing now set for November 13, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. and to remand the matter to the Registrar for dismissal Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the November 13, 2018 hearing shall be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that may be necessary and proper. Done this day, November 9, 2018.
