IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing in this matter was held on August 16, 2018. Complainant appeared in person and through her counsel, Martin Tappe, Esq.; Thomas Turner appeared on behalf of Respondent. Steve Lawton appeared on behalf of the Registrar of Contractors. The parties presented evidence and the hearing was concluded that day. Following the hearing, the Tribunal received a Consent Order, dated August 20, 2018, in which Respondent consented to the revocation of License Number 290620 in various cases specified therein, including the instant Case No. 2018A-2295-CHC-ROC, and acknowledged that such revocation constituted discipline required to allow persons to proceed against the Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is vacated and that any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, September 5, 2018.
