IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 2, 2018, hearing in this matter was commenced with both parties present and on the record. In the course of hearing, the parties requested an opportunity to confer to negotiate settlement. The ALJ recessed the hearing in order that the parties may confer out of the presence of the ALJ. Upon re-opening the record, the parties acknowledged that settlement had been obtained and payment received. The Complainant, through Jake Ray, Qualifying Party, orally moved on the record that this matter be vacated. Good cause appearing and upon the speaking Motion of the Complainant on the record, this matter should be vacated. NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED vacating this case from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. FURTHER IT IS ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action the Registrar may deem necessary and proper. Done this day, August 2, 2018.
